Help id'ing IC from network card

From a network card, there's an IC with the markings:

"AMIC
A276308A-70
0208T B9U09".

It's on a DIP14 package. It's a sort of ROM(because it was in a connector for a
ROM). Does anybody here knows what can this IC be and/or has a datasheet for it?
