Help identifying old chip (?) IAA-350

Hi.
I have had this component in my junk-box for ages, I probably unsoldered it
sometime in the '80s. Now I wonder if someone could satisfy my curiosity and
suggest its original purpose.

It is marked:

IAA 350
O 70 Ay <-- the last symbol looks like a "y", but I'm not sure about that.

and has a cylindrical metallic case with 10 (yes, ten) pins in circle. Case
size is about the one of a 2N3553 transistor (sorry, I don't know cases by
heart).

I've never met other components with the same curious shape, so it might end
up in my "museum" rather than the trash can :)

TIA,
Paolo

Maybe a TAA350 IF-Amplifier, made by Valvo in the early 70ies.

Vielen Danke Dieter!
This sounds interesting... is there any chance I could have a look at a
datasheet?! My free web datasheet resources didn't return anything.

I was thinking the same thing. I didn't know what the TAA350 was,
but the TAA300 audio amplifier showed up in a number of hobby articles
back then.

I did look the TAA350 up in both an ECG and a circa 1974 HEP replacement
guide, but nothing showed up.
