I have a handful of chips here that I can't figure out what they
are. Their markings are:

UA3403PC
F7827
DJAKARTA

UA3403PC
F7828
DJAKARTA

6915A
7118432

MOC
3031
8343

Or if a picture would help (it's quite large):

Hi,

And how about a guess at a 711 dual-comparator for the last
one.

Cheers - Joe

Maybe, but that seems to be the date code. At least, the others have
date codes of 83/84 (except for the one with a '78 date code) and you
can be sure of those dates since the IC numbers are very clear. That
number with the 711 has a bit that has an 83 or 84 in it, which matches
the vintage of the other ICs.

A search on Texas Instr. web site http://www.ti.com/ gives only one hit
