Hello all i am trying to cross a transistor or diode that is marked with:

N4c
F10A60
(diode symbol)

it is from a power supply from a LCD TV and located near the rectifier.
It is a TO220 case with the middle lead clipped off in the circuit. It
is shorted between pins 1-3 so I cannot give you a voltage drop or any
other useful info.

Thanks, Gary
