Help Finding a Dual Nchannel Casacded J Fet

Hello

does anyone know if such a device exists, i have a very old monolithic 6 pin
dil package that is no longer available, i have tried making up the same
thing with 4 2sk30a fets and though it works to some extent the output i
cannot balance to "0" volts between the two sources, i presume this to be
because the fets are not matched.


I can supply a schematic of the original one if this helps.
