Help DM 8000 IC

Anyone know what IC this is. I have looked at google and other search
engines and can't find anything useful.

Its from an analogue card used to control motors to make ribbons. The PCB is
populated with 74 series IC and a single 5 volt power supply. The chip is a
14 pin DIL. Manufactured by National Semiconductor. I have looked on their
site but still cant find any data.

An NTE equivalent is the NTE7400 which is probably a standard 7400
quad 2-input NAND gate.
