Help! Can anyone help me build this?

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I want a MIDI foot switch like this
http://www.maxmidi.com/diy/foot/index.html , but I don't have the skills to
make it (I got an 'A' in GSCE Electronics but that was a long time ago!)
Would anyone be able to make it for me if I were to pay for their expensise
and their time? It strikes me as being quite a simple device, but an off
the shelf model (with a few extra switches) cost over Ł150! If anyone can
help me out (or point me to some one who can) then it would be greatly
appreciated.

Go here http://www.cadsoft.de/ and get the freeware version of EAGLE
(Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor).

Start inputing the schematic into the Schematic Editor.
Very soon you will know why they want

over Ł150.

What makes you think that a 1-off copy
is going to be cheaper than they can make it in mass quantities?
