Help, burned resistor value on a SIBA TV

I have a "big" SIBA TV that has a burned smd resistor under the high voltage
transformer. My problem is that I can't replace the resistor without knowing
the right value. The resistor is labelled RL08 and the TV model is TX92F,
TC295 or M850.

Is there anybody that knows the right value?

RL08 is 10k (MELF I suppose), but it doesn't blow for fun, it's in the
foot point of the flyback HV winding and therefore a sad indicator of
a flyback failure in most cases. The ABL pin is further connected via
RL03-RL06 (in series) to B+, via RL07, DL07 and DL08 to ground (in
non-conducting direction for the EHT current path) and some other
components, for example beam current detection.

Have luck!
