LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A man boarded a public bus and sat next
to several young girls. One of those girls says he sexually touched her
before getting off the bus and disappearing.

The suspect was last seen headed into Laguna Hills Mall. He's wanted for
child molestation. Orange County investigators are concerned that if
he's not caught soon, he could end up molesting other kids as well.

The surveillance video of the suspect is clear, taken by a camera
mounted inside the Orange County Transportation Authority bus. It shows
the man walking from the back of the vehicle where the alleged
molestation occurred to the front exit.

"He is a dangerous sexual predator that needs to be caught before he
strikes again," said Orange County Sheriff's Spokesman Jim Amormino.

Amormino said the assault happened Sunday afternoon. Three girls, all
under 15 years old, were riding a bus home after a day at the beach when
a man sat down next to one of them and started fondling her.

"She was very frightened," said Amormino. "In fact, she was so
frightened she couldn't scream, couldn't do anything, because she
basically was frozen in fear."

Amormino said one of the girls noticed what was happening and yelled at
the man, but he continued to assault the teen. She snapped a picture of
the suspect while he was fondling the girl.

He eventually got off the bus and was last seen headed toward the Laguna
Hills Mall. Sheriff's officials searched their sex offender database,
but came up empty. Catching the suspect they say, may hinge on the right
person seeing this video.

"The video is outstanding quality," said Amormino. "We're hoping someone
recognizes the suspect and contacts the Orange County Sheriff's department."

Now the suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, about 5 feet 10
inches tall, 200 pounds, with curly dark hair.

If you have any information that could lead investigators to this
suspect you're urged to call (866) TIP-OC-SD.
