Hi ,

I am trying to identify a component on a board , its identifier is ISR1 ,
unfortunately its had its part number scraped off
Its function is to convert 24vdc to 12vdc @ 2A also there is a similar
device that converts to 5vdc @ 2A , so i suspect its a dc - dc convertor
Ive looked on the net for similar devices but cant find anything

The device has 12 pins and mounts horizontally.

here are some pics of the device

Don't know if this helps, but it looks like a switching
regulator module. What is known as a DC-DC converter
usually isolates input from output.

I stand corrected. PTI did flog it's own inductors as late as 1999.

Which component on the pcb do you want to identify ?

This is a *module* though. It's a DC-DC converter. Probably made specially
for the equipment it was installed in.
