Hanimex 531-1 white line across screen

Hello I have a three in one radio,cassette and tv hanimex. I would like
to try and fix it myself. The problem is a white line across the tv screen.
Can anyone tell me what i should be looking for. thanking you

Defective components in the vertical deflection circuits. Start by taking
the voltages to the output IC to see if they are in spec. Check to see if
there is proper vertical drive to the IC input.
