Can anyone tell me what this error mesage means? My Dell P780 died, the LED
flashes an error code that in the service manual is described as "H Stop or
V Stop", no other explanation or reference to it. I tried to check the
voltage level in different points on the circuit board according to the
manual, to determine which component is defective, the monitor is actually
in stand-by so I can measure almost nothing. What I did this far: the power
supply works well... This is all I could do within those 3 seconds I have
since I turn it on until it goes into stand-by... What exactly should I
check? Which modul I mean. thnks!
