h-parameter curves of BC547B

I'm looking for a datasheet on the Internet which displays the
h-parameter curves of the BC547B (BC548B). I only found numerical
specifications but no graphs (except one source which asked payment).

Search the web for RFSim99 or use the student version of APLAC:
www.aplac.com. Both programs are free.
