Hi,

ETM Pacific sell them, we normally only buy the OEM GSM / GPRS modules from
them but did purchase one of the ETM9200 modems while developing a new
application, can't recall the price but somewhere around the $300-400 mark
from memory in single quantities. That was quite some time ago so it might
have dropped now, the ETM web page is at:

Might want a look at these... I was told about $100 for
a single band (GSM900) module in small quantities.
That was a while ago..... Still, worth a look.
