I have one. I can't remember where from though, got it about 2 years ago.
Search in google groups in alt.lasers, there are plenty of discussions about
various types.

Portable hand held pointers with a power exceeding 1mW are not permitted in
Australia. Somebody should inform all these sellers that they are selling a
product that is illegal to sell or use in Australia. This also applies in a
few European countries.
