They will want to know how it got there, but will also be able to
see how transmissive it is because he had it before they isolated

Trump's approval numbers are higher than ever and will likely further
increase once the admin just gives up on mitigation efforts. Selection
bias will handle that, the dead are unavailable to comment on whether
they feel the government's response was adequate.
