GR268a: RX(in Bp) to RX (not BP) (in same NW) not over T2) s

Hi,

I am currently doing a layout in GF130 (IBM 130nm) process and have encountered the following Assura DRC error:

GR268a: RX(in BP) to RX (not BP) (in same NW) not over T2) space <= 38.12um

This is occurring from the PFET. I did not design the pfet, I only generated my schematic from the source. Any suggestions on how to fix this error?

As soon as I posted this, I added an NW contact and it fixed the error...

As soon as I posted this, I added an NW contact and it fixed the error...

It seems that your PFET is not close enough (38.12 um) to your NWELL contact. Nwell contacts need to happen every so often. Something like 30 um spacing should fix.
