GPIB/SCPI Programming

Guest
I'm trying to use GPIB to control an Agilent 4156C semiconductor
parameter analyzer and a Cascade Microtech S300 probe station. I'd
like to program using VBA through Excel, but I don't know where to
begin. Does anybody have an example of GPIB programming using Excel?

Thanks
Andrew

Andrew:

Look on the web site www.ni.com for information on GPIB programming.

I don't know if they have anything on Excel programming though.

You may need something like the Agilent "IO Libraries Suite 14.2"

http://www.home.agilent.com/USeng/nav/-536900528.0/pc.html

http://www.home.agilent.com/USeng/nav/-536900528.536894874/pd.html

This stuff seems expensive. I am not affiliated with Agilent in
any way except I own and use their products.
