Go video dual vcr model#ddv9556 no pwr

On this vcr I when through every cap, resister and diode checked the fuse
and everything checks out ok, Still no pwr getting pwr to the cord allthe
way past the fuse. No display or fuctions. Any input on this brain buster
would be greatly appreciated
