Generating SAIF file using NC-Sim

Hi all,
I wanted to generate SAIF file using NC-sim from RTL simulation.
The Idea being to use Prime Power at RTL level. I have read in one of
the posts that dumpsaif "TCL" command can be used for the purpose. But
I am unable to find documentation for its syntax.
