What is a good way to generate .lib for custom standard cells using
Cadence software?
We have the artisan basic library (TSMC 180) but we want to add about
25 customized cells with a similar footprint for our project. We have
use of all the Cadence tools (Spectre, UltraSim, Analog Design
Environment, Virtuoso XL, Diva, etc) but we aren't sure what's a good
way to generate the .lib library characterization for those additional
standard cells.
Do you have any recommendations for how to generate the timing, noise,
and power information for the .lib file using Cadence tools
(IC5141USR3).
