GDSII merge

Im just wondering if there is a tool
which enables the merge of multiple GDSII files in
one and comes with a GUI?

I know "Calibre DesignRev" from Mentor Graphics can do that

What are you trying to do? Can't you just merge gdsii files with a
layout editor?
