I've been a PE since 1973, but state regulatory bodies deciding you're
NOT an engineer because you aren't a PE is just patently absurd.

Any way, legally you only need a PE to advertise practice to the
_public_.

My next door neighbor, an architect, told the state to GFY, and the
wimps did ;-)

What did you mean by "That explains it."?

Can you design your way out of a paper bag?

Schooling?! California was second behind New Jersey in cost per
student or such yet came in LAST. But good news after an aggressive
program of changing the way things are measured Califronia moved up,
beating Alabama.
