GALEP-4 PROGRAMMER FROM CONITEC

Anyone know why GALEP hardware not measured: VSupply, VBatt.
When GALEP starting following is shown:

2: GALEP-4 detected!
3: Galep-Hardware OK!
4: Calibration Table detected!
5: Calibration failed!

In properly working model is shown:
1.
2: GALEP-4 detected!
3: Galep-Hardware OK!
4: Calibration Table detected!
5: Calibration OK!
6: VSupply = 10.70
7: VBatt = 10.42


I am now checking the Voltage on Measuring Point MP1.
(TL497 SWITCHING VOLTAGE REGULATOR).
Voltage on Measuring Point MP1 changes but changes wery slow - too much slow.
And I don't know why.
