I consider this projector to be the ultimate home cinema projector. I
have owned a Sony 1292 9" CRT projector for last 2 years and consider
the G70 superior in every regard.
The G70 is a commercial quality projector that produces a stunning
image that is not marred by digital artefacts seen in LCD & DLP units.
This projector produces stunning natural colour, true blacks and a
smooth seemless image.
This projector supports anamorphic widescreen material, so perfect for
HDTV, progressive scan dvd etc.
This projector also supports the very desirable ability to input
progressive component.

Tubes: 8-inch high luminance, liquid coupled, electromagnetic focus
tubes
Contrast Ratio: 20,000:1
Light output: 1200lm
Resolution: 1700 x 1200 pixel, 1100 TV lines

RGB Bandwidth: 120MHz
Connections: Composite in/out, s-video in/out, RGBHV(VGA),
component(progressive & interlaced), Control S, RS-422a, ABL Link &
Trigger.
Expandability: Ability to add extra inputs via add-on cards. Supports
an internal line doubler(EXB-DS10).
Image Sizes: 1.5m to 7.5m
Dimensions: 948(L) x 695(W) x 358(H)mm 83kg
Installation - supports floor, desk or ceiling mounting, supports
non-standard mounting angles. Supports flat, curved or rear
projection installations.
Recommended retail price of unit when new $64,000
More than happy to demonstrate this projector. I really recommend
inspecting any projector you are planning to purchase. This projector
can be fully demonstrated and produces an image that must be seen to
be appreciated. For interstate buyers I certainly don't mind picking
up/dropping off at the airport. Having a knowledgable friend or
family member locally that can inspect the unit for you is also a good
alternative.
