Pulnix outdoor IR sensors are indeed excellent. I've used them for years
with virtually no problems. Once a year or so you may need to adjust the
optics but it's not difficult to do. If you use them outdoors they can be
adjusted using a bright flashlight although it's easier with a Pulnix aiming
light. It's also easier to adjust them after dark.

As to cost, you are also correct. They retail for $422.50. Your asking
price is a great bargain for a new, unused set. I sell Pulnix online. If
the buyer receives the original invoice with the beam my online store will
honor the manufacturer's warranty should any problems arise.
