Can I use such adapter: http://www.czstar.net/prodshow.asp?ProdId=1803#
for portable DVD player, I have a plug for car lighter. I wonder if it
can make harm to dvd player, the quality of current required by
fridge is not as good as by electronic device. The power would be
enough, because player consumes about 15W, the adapter gives up to
60W.

It should be ok. Most commercial DVD players and such will have some supply
filtering in them, and that PSU is likely to be good enough. Make sure the
voltage and polarity are right though.
