There is a practical method to download free power electric energy from

Just another kook with his pet Tesla Theory.

Many years ago, I was given a book whose author claimed to have a design for
a flying saucer which used a Tesla coil to power it through the "aether"
without inertia. I think it was called "The Cosmic Conspiracy", but not
sure. The author was living in Perth, I think.

I spoke the author who "calculated" that all he needed was a 1MV Tesla coil
to get it working. Although he claimed to understand all about physics and
electronics, he couldn't understand why he couldn't just connect the output
of a 555 timer directly to a "super step up transformer" to get his 1MV,
because he didn't need to draw any power! A guy that worked for me was BIG
into real Tesla coils, and tried to explain what was actually necessary - it
like talking to the brick wall because reality didn't fit his theories.

I'm woudln't be suprised if there is a scheme that wants people to give him
money to develop the product somewhere in the story - there usually is.
