I have a couple of vintage Tektronic oscilloscopes, that I no longer use,
and would like to pass on to a good home.
One is a 502A, tube-type, dual beam, differential input, and slow (DC to 1
Mhz, I think).
The other is an R556. It has tubes and a few discrete tranisitors. It has a
variable-delay time base, two vertical plugins, and bandwidth is DC to
50Mhz. The plugins are a 1A1 2-trace and a 1A4 4-trace.
Both units work. The 556 needs some of the switches cleaned, but seems to be
fine otherwise.
And they're heavy. The 502A weighs about 40 pounds, and the 556 is 87 3/4
pounds (according to the manual), and that would be with the two vertical
plugins out. I'm in Golden, CO.
