fprintf/sprintf: format spec:incompatible with data ERROR ME

Hi,
I was trying to generate HSPICE netlist from extracted layout in
cadence Analog Environment. I could get the spectre netlist but when I
try to get HSPICE netlist, it gives this error message:

'fprintf/sprintf: format spec:incompatible with data -2.06e-05'
'fprintf/sprintf: format spec:incompatible with data -2.58e-05'

and no netlist were produced. If anyone can help that will be very
greatful
