Dear All,

I want to do a fourier analysis on a filter output waveform. To gahter
initial knowledge, I have gone through the document (The Designer's
Guide to SPICE and SPECTRE) written by Ken Kundert. But I am unable to
find any doc which guides the user through the process of analyzing
the waveform using analogLib > fourier/fourier2ch option. Please help.

Cheers

Dear Sam,

What kind of initial knowledge you want to gather from that Book? The
book has discussed the flavor of different kind of analysis in detail
not about a particular signal analysis. You can go through Lathi's
Communication Book to gather initial knowledge. And does there exists
any such component analogLib - > Fourier / Fourier2ch ? Why are not
you using in-built calculator functions or ocean Functions? Any
problem with that?

Thanks and Regards !!!!

Dear Debjit,

Thank you for the suggestion, but I dont think I have to go through
Lathi's book, because I know the theory of fourier series/transform.
By initial knowledge I meant initial knowledge about fourier analysis
through circuit simulator. And I have only gone through the chapter
which discusses Fourier Analysis (Chap 5) of Ken's book. There it is
clearly written that analogLib > fourier component is accurate interms
of anti-aliasing and also fast than the calculator function.

I don't know what problems I might face whilst using calci function,
but thank you gain for your suggetion.

regards
Sam.
