Could be your settings. Make sure you have passive ftp set in your browser
advanced properties.

I did get in but with this strange header:

I didn't find any passwords or anything required. Just keep following the
blue links deeper into the directory trees until you get down to
recognisable component types. The individual pdf's then download just fine.
