Can anyone tell me the what the pinout is for pins 1-10 on a flyback tv transformer.

Good answer! Albeit top posted. He could probe or excite the
device, and determine where the windings are. Not for the beginner,
however.

Same as the length of a piece of string.

You need to post the part number of the transformer and probably make /
model of the TV set

I recommend you go to sci.electronics.repair . That's where the consumer
electronics guys are!....
