Flat Screen LCD Problem..

Hey. I have a flat screen lcd problem. When using the lcd, after a couple
of minutes worth of use, the screen starts to go completely white. It
flickers a bit when you move the mouse, and what not. I've tried this on
several machines, with the same results. Is there something that I can
check on the board of the monitor? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks!
Joe

Most definitely out of warranty. Any ideas where I could "poke around?"

Could be a simple loose connector inside, otherwise you're pretty much out
of luck. First check to make sure it's out of warranty before you go
poking
around.

Thanks. I'll keep you posted what I find out. Hopefully it will be easy.

Open it up and have a look, there's not a whole lot inside of these
things,
either the problem will be obvious or it will be more or less impossible
to
repair. There's little risk of shock poking around inside one of these
while
it's running, just keep fingers out of the power supply and the backlight
inverter (usually there'll be some warning stickers on them)
