flash rom ?

Hi all,

Does anyoneknow if its possible to use a flash rom as a big eprom ? PC's
detect um as small drives though I want to use them with rare binary data
like eproms, anyone got any ideas ?

Flash ROMs come in two types: serial and parallel. Serial Flash ROMs
are used in Compact Flash (CF) cards, SD cards and other consumer
devices.

Parallel Flash ROMs are an older technology, and have often been used
in the application you describe. That is why the phrase "flashing the
BIOS" is used, because parallel Flash ROMs have been used in PCs for
many years. There are many manufacturers; check with
