Also, stress seems to be a major factor in reactivation of Herpes,
which is the main virus in this study that seemed to reactivate.
This is well known in the medical field.

I believe you are misreading it. Have another look, and hold your mouse
over the graph to see some figures (especially towards the end of the
time scale).
