Finding the routing loops in layout

Hi,
I am trying to find Loops formed by metal routings in the layout using some script. Ex: Connection goes from M1-M2-M1 and formd a loop.

Please guide me.

I was trying write assura rule for this but finding it difficult.

Please let me know if you need more information.
