fiducials in protel for dos

Am I being overoptimistic (asking for factory installed GPS in a Model
T Ford?). Is there any way of generating fiducials or individually
controlling soldermask pad clearances in PforD ?.

Don't know about fiducials, but the solder mask clearance is adjusted
in Traxplot. File > Options > Solder Mask Enlargement. It applies to
all pads though - you cannot set it for individual pads.
