Fet?

Hi All, I have a 19inch Digital branded monitor in for repair.It had the hot
blown.Replaced but also found the pincussion control which I think is a FET
gone as well.It has ET453 stamped on it and is in a TO220 case which is
insulated.
I am pretty sure its a fet but can anyone let me know exactly what it is and
what is an equivalent replacement.
