FET Specs M0273007

Hi All,

I am trying to track down a FET in order to repair a battery drill
speed control. (DeWalt DW997) It is rated at about 20 amps/25 volts,
the FET is partially destroyed,is marked with M0273007 and HO????
and is in a 220 case.

I have looked everywhere on line and contacted a few companies
without any luck.

** Errr - tried the DeWalt agents ?????

BTW

That number is a ( secret) code - not a part identification number.
