fault with monitor

I have got a 17inch pk-986 proview crt monitor, the problem is i get no
pitcure
when i plug it in, however i can see the light showing green when connected
to a computer,
I can hear it clicking as if refreshing when loading windows, but there is
just nothing on the screen? anyone suggest how i can fix this or if it is
repairable?
