Failed to compile ahdlcmi module library in ic5141_ISR200709

Hello,

When I start Spectre simulation with model containing VerilogA model,
the simulation terminated prematurely due to fatal error. From other
similar topics, it mentioned that this error is due to old version of
icfb (e.g. ic 5.1.40).
But my icfb is 5.1.41 version and Spectre version is 5.10.41.082807,
could anyone please suggest some way how to fix this problem?
