They need to be used in a matched pair with the one-terminal
transistor, sold in a different auction.

Oops! I was so involved with the labeling, I didn't even notice.
That's why the 128C, it's probably a thermal sensor that switches at 128
degrees C.

Or it could be a really old diode?? Nah.
