The 80286 is brand new,

The 6809 model 90 tester is also new, and has the advantage of being
free-standing - you do not need a 9010A console to use it. Also because of
its architecture it is used in clip on mode, which means you do not have to
unsolder a 6809 that is not socketed in order to test it
