Error in Pnoise Analysis

I am simulating a VCO for its phase noise. After running Pss and
Pnoise analysis when i open direct plot>main form to plot phase noise
i get following message in icfb window.
Results pnoise_corr are not available for
"...../VCO_jazz/simulation/VCO_top/spectre/schematic". Use results()
for a list of available results."

When i type results() in icfb window it gives:

(designParamVals pss_td pss_fd output instance
pnoise variables model
)

It open main form and i am able to plot phase noise, but even if i
make lot of changes in my circuit like replacing noisy components by
their ideal counterparts phase noise plot doesn't changes at all. So i
guess there is some problem and plot which i am getting is not the
correct one.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me get out of this.
