Epson EMP5100 projector

Just need some advice. Got a EMP5100 that has given me 4 years good service.
Anyway, I am now getting a green outline/focus effect on the screen, i
replaced the bulb about 6 months ago so presume that is ok.
I was wondering if
A: this was a known fault and easy to repair
B: a known fault but needs to go to a repairer(any good ones in Kent)
C: Chuck it away

Considering the cost of one of these, I would give it to the Epson service
people to have an estimate done on it, before taking any decisions. This can
be anything from a power supply fault to something failing in the display
drive circuits.

These are usually serviced by board and module swapping. Sometimes the
service may not be too expensive in relation to the replacement cost.
