Encounter RTL - Technology libraries

Hi,

I have just installed the Encounter RTL Compiler and I was wondering where
to start looking for technology libraries (.lbr & .lib format). Do I have
to contact directly library vendors? How does this work?

I don't know what .lbr files are but .libs can come from your library
vendor, foundry or tool vendor. You can get some free libraries from
Cadence or ARM (they bought Artisan) or directly from TSMC/UMC etc.
Which technology are you interested in ?

Thank you for your response. I am interested in fairly new technologies
but anything will do at this point.
