I have this Emerson TV-VCR combo, model VT1322. The set was dropped and the PCB
craked at some point near the regulator. I've soldered all the broken traces
and connected all the wires again..The VCR portion seems to be working ok, but
the TV doesn't!. I found the HOT shorted which I've replaced with same exact
one and this new one shorted again...I don't have any voltage on the Collector
therefore none on the E/B...Don't see any shorts on the traces I fixed. Can
someone give me a hint of where else to look for this problem?.
