EMC * Surface Mount Fuses

Hi

Would it be possible for EMC (Ground - Neutral) on the mains feed to a computer
power supply, be powerful enough to gradually degrade a 5amp surface mount fuse
within the PC until it finally blows.

If so are there any references anywhere to this phenomena

Any assistance / cooments appreciated

Not unless a broadcast transmitter antenna feed dropped onto
your mains wiring without anyone noticing - no.
