Email Notification when simulation is done

Hello all and Andrew,

Is there any way to send an email notification when simulation is
done.
I know we can use the mail command but where to add this command so
that it sends an email after simulation is done.
Simulation is spectre simulation using Analog Design Environment
( ADE)
I am using two cadence versions
1) 5.10.41.500.6.138
2)6.1.3.515

If you use the distributed processing capability in ADE L (5141 or IC61), it can
send an email when finished. That's probably the simplest approach.

Thank you very much for your answer,
yes I think the only option left is to use distributed processing ,
but I have a question here -
Does this script uses the unix "mail" command to send the mail and
also I think LSF or SGE has to be set to use this distributed
processing , Is it correct ?
